How It Works
Lip augmentation treatments use hyaluronic acid, injected into areas of the lip where more volume is desired.
The hyaluronic acid works to plump up the lips, in the targeted areas, increasing volume, and plumpness.
Needles used are extremely fine and not usually painful, however, we still use local anesthetic to ensure you don’t experience any discomfort. As the needles are so fine, wounds close up almost instantly, although some people will experience small amounts of bleeding immediately after treatment.
Lip fillers work in a similar way to dermal fillers, with the difference being the area targeted.
