The microscopic wounds kick start the bodies healing process without causing damage to your skin. This encourages skin regeneration and the natural induction of collagen and elastin production.
The increase in collagen and elastin helps heal scarring and damaged skin, whilst having an overall firming effect on the skin. Wrinkles and fine lines will be far less noticeable after rejuvapen.
Before treatment, we use a local anaesthetic to eliminate any slight pain you may experience.
After treatment, pin pricks created can often bleed, but heal quickly. In some cases this bleeding can lead to minor redness or slight surface bruising for up to two days after the treatment. This is completely normal and healthy.
